How much will a workshop day cost?
Depending on what your school’s needs are workshop fees are between £200 - £400 for the whole day.

How long are the workshops?
Individual workshops last between 20 minutes - 2 hours.

What space do we need for the workshops?
A school hall is ideal. Some workshops can be adapted for the classroom.

How many classes can you work with in a day?
Rosalind can work with up to 5 classes in a day for the longer workshops. For the shorter workshops Rosalind can work with more.

Do you provide catering for parties and events?
I’m a great cook, but no I do not provide catering.

What's the best venue for a birthday party?
A village hall, or similar sized large space.

Do you hire the venue?
No.

Have you got Public Liability Insurance?
Yes.

Are you First Aid trained?
Yes I have recieved Emergency First Aid training.

Do you provide themed parties?
Yes. Click here for party themes.

Do you work outside of Norwich?
Yes, I cover the areas of Norfolk and Suffolk.

Can you create a theme/topic for our school/organisation?
Yes. Rosalind can produce and lead bespoke themes which are not mentioned on the website.

Do you have a DBS certificate?
Yes. I have an enhanced DBS, and I am also on the DBS update system.

What is best to wear for the workshops?
Comfortable clothes. Costumes work particularly well for World Book Day/Week and some workshop days such as Amazing Aztecs and London’s Burning.

Can you work with one class for the whole day?
Yes.

You advertise classes for 6-11 year olds, is there a class for 10 and 11 year olds?
Yes. Act Out Education will be starting local drama classes for ages 9-11 in the near future. Watch this space! Get in touch to register your interest, and tell me about where you would like a club.

How much are your public drama classes for kids?
I offer a block booking price and a pay as you go price. Prices vary from £7 - £8.50 per class.

Where do your drama classes take place?
Act Out Drama Club takes place in Norwich at Bookbugs and Dragontales Bookshop on Saturday mornings and Brundall Memorial Hall on Monday's after school.
